AI Search & SEO Services / Solicitors
Clients now ask ChatGPT 'recommend a solicitor for X' before they ever search Google. I make sure your firm is the answer.

AI SEO Consultant
Legal is one of the most valuable click markets in the UK, and it is moving into AI answers fast. When someone asks ChatGPT to recommend an employment solicitor, a conveyancer or a personal injury firm, the model gives a short, confident shortlist. Firms on it get the enquiry. Firms off it do not exist in that moment.
The legal SERPs are dominated by directories: Law Society listings, ReviewSolicitors, Legal 500. But AI answers recommend actual firms, with reasons. That is a structural advantage for a firm with real specialism and the entity signals to prove it.
If you want proof before a pitch, start with the story of why I went all in on AI search.
Legal queries are YMYL. LLMs only recommend firms they can verify: SRA regulation, accreditations, reviews, named partners with real profiles.
Directories own the traditional SERPs, so smaller specialist firms get buried. AI answers skip the directory layer and name firms directly.
Clients describe their situation to ChatGPT in detail and get a tailored recommendation. Generic 'solicitors in London' SEO does not capture that.
Your partners' individual entities matter now. A well-defined specialist with cases, coverage and reviews beats a faceless brand.
AI engines recommend law firms they can verify. I build and reinforce the signals they check:

👉 Book a call with TomLLMs recommend the best fit for a specific matter, not the biggest generalist. I define what your firm genuinely owns and build unbeatable entity depth around it.
I turn your senior lawyers into recognisable entities: consistent profiles, commentary in legal press, structured credentials. Models recommend people they can verify.
People ask AI the questions they are embarrassed to ask a lawyer. I build content that answers them properly, so your firm is the trusted source the model quotes and then recommends.
AI engines decide who to recommend based on what the rest of the web says about you: reviews, mentions, citations, directories and trade press. Your own website is only a fraction of the picture. I build the off-site footprint that makes models trust your brand enough to name it.
Models recommend brands they can describe in one clean sentence. If ChatGPT cannot say exactly what you do, who you serve and why you are trusted, it names a competitor it can describe. I define that narrative and push it everywhere the models read.
Not awareness content. The specific terms your buyers use when they have budget in hand. I map the commercial queries in your market and make your brand the answer to each one, in Google and in AI answers.
The conversational journey ends with one question: "so who should I actually go with?" That is the moment that matters. Everything I build is aimed at being the name the AI gives when the buyer is ready to buy.
Everything on this page comes from the AI SEO playbook Tom Riley uses on his own brand: the same AI SEO and entity authority work that gets him named by ChatGPT when people ask for an SEO consultant. The full picture, with case studies and proof, is on the homepage.
Yes, in volume, and the queries are detailed: situation, budget, location, urgency. The model returns a shortlist with reasoning, and those enquiries convert like personal referrals because the client arrives pre-sold.
Often more easily than in Google. LLMs reward the best-verified fit for a specific query, not raw domain authority. A focused firm with strong entity signals regularly outranks household names for its niche.
They become entity fuel. Directory listings, awards and rankings are exactly the third-party corroboration LLMs check before naming a firm, so I make sure they are consistent and working for you.
A call with me. We go through how ChatGPT, Claude and Google AI currently see your firm versus the firms they recommend instead, and exactly what I would do about it.
Book a call and we will go through your domain together: technical SEO, content gaps, AI search visibility and exactly what I would do about each one. No obligation.
👉 Book a call with TomThe mechanics of AI search do not change between industries, but the entities and trust signals do. That is why, alongside this one, I also work as an AI SEO consultant for insurance, an AI SEO consultant for tech startups and an AI SEO consultant for startups. And if classic Google rankings are the bigger prize for you, there is a dedicated page for the SEO Consultant for Solicitors side of the same market.
